A new volunteer communication exercise is planned with the experience of Turkish amateur radio operators using TA and TB call signs.
The exercise covers message forms, station-to-station relay, call discipline, and the boundaries of coordination with official emergency units.
Only appropriately licensed operators may transmit on amateur frequencies; visitors may join listening and educational sessions.
